FastWrite is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use FastWrite on devices you own. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Gain Publications.

Permitted Use

• You may use FastWrite for personal and commercial writing projects.
• You may install FastWrite on multiple devices you own for your personal use.

Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or share your license with others.
• You may not reverse-engineer or decompile the application.
• You may not remove copyright or attribution notices.

AI Provider Terms

FastWrite connects to third-party AI providers using API keys you supply. Your use of those providers is governed by their respective terms of service. Gain Publications is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of AI-generated responses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GAIN PUBLICATIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF GAIN PUBLICATIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Updates

Gain Publications may update FastWrite at any time. Updates distributed through the Microsoft Store are included with your purchase. Gain Publications reserves the right to change these terms with reasonable notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
